Upholding values of non-judgmental, relatable, and caring guidance, we believe in a collaborative approach, empowering you to make informed choices about your health and well-being while respecting your autonomy. Your health journey is our priority, and we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We are able to provide nutrition support in a range of areas, including but not limited to:

EATING DISORDERS and disordered eating

Both Georgia and Jodie are Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitians and play a significant role in the treatment of eating disorders. We can help translate scientific information into practical advice surrounding food and normal eating. We can prescribe dietary treatments for people with eating disorders and support you to take charge of your own eating to help you get back to the more important things in your life. We work with adolescents and adults as individuals and also as part of family based therapies and collaborative care teams for a holistic approach to recovery.

Food allergies & intolerance

Whether you have a diagnosed food allergy or are experiencing symptoms such as headaches, an upset stomach or skin reactions that you suspect is triggered by food, we are here to help. Our team have a strong interest in this area and have undertaken specialist training in order to help you to identify and manage food triggers.  We can help you to work out the specific foods that are the problem and show you how to manage your diet to alleviate any discomfort you may be experiencing without compromising your nutritional intake.

INCLUSIVE AND AFFIRMING CARE

We celebrate all people, including all body shapes and sizes, sexualities, gender identities and neurotypes, and know everyone deserve respectful and inclusive care. We strongly value lived experience and take time to understand each client’s specific needs and concerns to develop tailored, evidence-based strategies to support their goals. We adopt approaches that consider the unique needs and preferences of neurodivergent individuals, and we are dedicated to providing care that is accessible, respectful, and responsive to the diverse needs of our clients.

FUSSY EATING and feeding difficulties

Many children can be fussy eaters but some are harder to handle than others. Some children may not like the shape, colour or texture of particular foods or may like something one day but dislike it the next and this can be particularly stressful as a parent. We can help your child to explore their palate and navigate the world of food, all whilst ensuring they are receiving adequate nutritional intake in order to grow. We also provide support for children with more complex feeding issues including ARFID.

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME (IBS)

Have you been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or do you suffer from diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, excessive flatulence or have to run to the loo with little warning? A change in the food you eat can make a huge difference to gut symptoms, and it is equally important to make sure you have a balanced diet for nutritional adequacy and optimal gut health. We can educate on the important role food plays in your symptoms while helping you still be able to enjoy tasty food and eat out socially.

intuitive eating

In our practice, we adopt a weight-neutral, health-centered, intuitive eating approach. Rather than focusing on weight reduction, we recognise the diversity of body shapes and sizes and understand that health is not solely determined by a number on the scale. We will support you to reconnect with your internal cues of hunger and satiety, and promote a balanced relationship with food. We find this approach vital to promote positive body image, prevent disordered eating and achieve sustainable, long-term health improvements.
