Fees subject to change annually (current July 2024).

Full payment is required on the day and Medicare rebates if eligible will be processed after payment.

REBATES

We are registered with Medicare, DVA and private health funds.

Private health fund rebates vary so please check with your provider prior to your appointment. Rebates must be claimed directly from your health fund provider.

Medicare rebates are available only if your GP completes a Chronic Disease GP Management Plan or Eating Disorder Management Plan. This must be provided to the dietitian in advance or at the start of your appointment. This paperwork may entitle you to a rebate of $60.35 per visit for up to 5 visits per calendar year (or 20 with an Eating Disorder Plan) that you will receive from Medicare directly back into your bank account. 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the sessional price may occur for non-attendance or if an appointment is cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice.
